Sensor Switches
AMDi’s Sensor Switches are designed to meet the needs of people with limited movement capabilities, limited strength or limited endurance. These switches are an ideal choice for the Motor Neurone Disease (ALS) population.
They include proximity sensors with varying ranges of sensitivity and beam switches of varying size and means of activation. The special Fibre-Optic Sensor is customized to detect purposeful eye-blinks.
The Piezo Sensor detects the slightest of muscle movements.
Note: All sensors must be used in conjunction with the AMDi custom designed rechargeable Power Control Modules (PCM)
