This guarantee simply means that if any product purchased from Spectronics does not meet your needs or expectations, we invite you to return it in a resalable condition within 30 days for a full refund.

If you wish to return the goods, please ensure the following conditions are met, and we will be happy to refund your money in full.

Conditions for returning goods:

1. The customer returning the goods will be responsible for the cost of return
   via courier – unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Amada Gerin, Manager of the Spectronics New Zealand office. Courier allows us to track your return should it be mislaid in transit.
2. All goods (product, packaging, manuals and warrantee cards) must be received by Spectronics in fully resalable condition otherwise charges to cover the cost of replacement of these items will be incurred.
3. Products which are permanently defaced (engraved or indelibly marked) will not be accepted. These goods will be returned to the customer and payment of the full invoiced cost will be requested.

We also ask that you contact us to receive an RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authority Number) before returning the goods. In this way, we are able to keep track of your return.

Schools, hospitals and other government bodies will be sent an invoice with the delivered goods after an official Purchase Order has been received. We request however that private individuals and businesses pay at the time of placing the order – unless a credit account has been established by formal application.
