As well as being able to order online, you are now able to safely prepare your own quotes online … without fear of “accidentally” adding them to an order! This is a convenient way of gathering your own costings for submissions or for working out how far your school’s technology dollars will extend. All quotes prepared on-line, as per quotes prepared for you by Spectronics staff, are valid for 30 days. If you require us to commit to the price for a longer period, for example, when you are awaiting the outcome of purchasing submissions, please contact us to discuss your needs.

How do you prepare your own quotes?

• Simply search through our products listed here on the Spectronics website. When you find a product which you wish to add to your quote, just click on the little shopping trolley image beside the name of the product , then click on the Add Selected Items to List button at the bottom of the Prices section. These products go into a “shopping list”, but this does not mean that you are committed to purchasing them. You have the option at any time of choosing either to purchase the items listed, or to just generate a printable quote, by clicking on the appropriate button after you have finished compiling your shopping list.
• If you wish to remove an item from your “shopping list” (or “quote list” we should call it here), you can do so at any time. Simply click on the word “Remove” when you are looking at your onscreen shopping list, and the item will be taken away. It may help to think of it being the same as taking an item out of your shopping trolley at the supermarket and replacing it on the shelf.

• If you think you have inadvertently added products to an order, rather than generating a quote, contact us too. We will sort it out for you. We fully understand how tough mastering technology can be! We work with it all day long!
