Payment Terms

Schools, hospitals and other government bodies will be sent an invoice with the delivered goods – provided an official Purchase Order has been received. We request however that private individuals and businesses pay at the time of placing the order – unless a credit account has been established by formal application.

Delivery Charges

Spectronics ships all goods to customers within New Zealand free of any freight charges. Goods will be sent Registered Post or by our designated freight company. If you have a preferred delivery method, please indicate your preference on your Purchase Order.

Warranty

All items are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/or materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the information page for the product.

Before goods are accepted for return, they must be accompanied by a “Returned Merchandise Authority Number” (RMA#). Please phone to receive this number from SPECTRONICS before returning your goods. The returned goods must then be accompanied by the RMA#, along with a contact name and phone number for the person returning the goods. The cost of postage to return goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee, equivalent to 10% of the value of the returned item may apply for goods accepted for refund. Packaging must be intact and goods in saleable condition to be accepted for refund. An additional restocking fee may apply if packaging is not intact or goods are not in saleable condition.
