Because KeyWords SmartApplet uses words, phrases, and rhymes instead of random letters, students learn common letter patterns that are the building blocks of typing. From the beginning, they build writing and reading vocabularies of letter combinations that occur frequently and have meaning. The end result is that students learn the fundamentals of touch-typing while having fun with language.
