This checklist was specifically designed for students who have severe disabilities (including students with multiple disabilities, autism, cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or other developmental disabilities, as well as children of all ages who function at engagement or beginning emergent-literacy levels).
The checklist helps teachers and educators determine new goals and modifications that may be necessary in terms of activities, materials, and cueing strategies. The booklet included in the packet gives detailed information on the 12 indicators and adaptations and considerations to support skill development.
