The pre-test, instruction and post-test sequence is ideal to help you teach for IEP success. The 120 daily worksheets are linked to the tests and provide long-term relevant instruction in language arts, maths and life skills.
Developed by Debbie Semple and Shelia Lechler and implemented in their classroom for 15 years, the program emphasises functional maths and language arts skills that can be used everyday.
Maths concepts include:
- counting
- paying bills with cash and cheques
- telling time
- following a calendar
- using a calculator
Language arts activities cover:
- printing and cursive writing
- number, calendar, survival and money words
- telephone skills
- reading words, sentences and paragraphs
