Lightning PLUS is a new magnification software program for PC’s running Windows XP or Vista. It makes items on the computer screen bigger, by magnifying adjustable areas of the screen. Whatever appears on the computer screen can be magnified up to 36 times its original size.

Lightning PLUS is designed to work with all Windows applications, most 3rd party applications and supports dual monitor magnification. You can even magnify video clips. Lightning PLUS is excellent value for money, providing a great feature range and solid reliability.

  The Lightning PLUS settings screen can be expanded to display the options for viewing full screen, by lens, split screen, horizontal or vertical ruler. The size of the ruler or split screen can be easily modified using the size adjust buttons.

  Lightning PLUS features customisable tracking options allowing the user to set how and where the magnification tracks. This can be useful when the user relies more on using shortcut keys than using the mouse.

• Customise the Colour of Your Screen
  

  Lightning PLUS, with its customisable colour options, allows you to better view your PC screen, with the potential to make browsing and reading easier. It can change the colour of the screen “theme” and you can vary the brightness and contrast levels.

  Lightning PLUS features highly visible and easily customisable pointer locators. This feature is designed to help the user track and keep view of the mouse pointer even on pages which may hide or obscure it. The Caret (input cursor) is also customisable and can be highlighted making it easier for the user to find their way when word processing and data input on spreadsheets for example.

• USB Portability

  Lightning PLUS USB launches immediately after you insert the memory stick into a computer and runs directly from the stick. The Autorun window should then ask you what you would like to do. Select Start Lightning PLUS. The program installs nothing on the computer, so it is perfect for use in libraries and internet cafes. You don’t even need to have Administrator Rights to use it.

• Network Friendly

  Lightning PLUS is very safe to install on a network server and accessible on networked PCs within your organisation. This is due to its innovative design, ensuring it is very stable and will not interfere with the Windows operating system and drivers.

College and university site licences are available for this product

These economical licences enable a TAFE college or university to use/install the software on an unrestricted number of computers within the college / university grounds.
