The award-winnning MathPad functions as an electronic worksheet/numbers processor that enables students to do addition, subtraction, multiplication and division directly on the computer. Students do all their own calculations just as they would using a worksheet. MathPad is the perfect tool for students who have difficulty doing maths with pencil and paper or who need help organising or navigating through maths problems. Suggested for students at a Grades K-2 skill level.

Enter your own problems
Use the 300 bonus problems that come with MathPad or enter your own. MathPad allows the teacher or student to enter problems directly into the program or to import problem lists created with a word processor. MathPad automatically sets up problems using the correct vertical format. Students can go to the Problem List box to check their answers. MathPad places a check if the problem is answered correctly, or a dash if it’s incorrect. The program lets you set up a file for each student and keeps a portfolio of his or her work.
Special Access Features
MathPad is accessible by mouse, IntelliKeys, and switch. The two overlays for IntelliKeys that come with the program, can be used with the Numbers and Alphabet standard keyguards. Choose from multiple font sizes and colours. The program can be set to read back problems as well as rows of numbers. It can also be set to provide navigational assistance by automatically moving the cursor to the next place in the problem.
