- Grooming for Life stresses the importance of maintaining personal care routines for a good appearance. Five young adults prepare for an active day by completing grooming, hygiene and dressing activities, step-by-step.
- Transportation for Life stresses independent and safe use of public transportation and the importance of good social skills. Covers neighbourhood streets, taking a bus and community signs. It also takes a humorous look at inappropriate social skills while modelling proper behaviour.
- Success Stories at Work features real biographies of five successful employees with disabilities. The segments highlight important issues that each participant encountered and overcame.
