This package is intended to be used with a touchscreen and provides (mouse or touchscreen) control of visually stimulating programs of the type found in Look Here (also from Sensory Software) – displaying coloured shapes, lines and patterns in sequence.
The aim is for users with limited vision or visual perceptual skills to be attracted to and focus on the display. This package also offers many different types of displays that can be adapted using effects menus to set up options such as speed, size, background colour etc. These settings can then be saved as visual effects files and used later.
This program builds on from the original Touch Here Too, providing a friendlier user interface, more sound capabilities (including stereo), rewards (for the targeting activities) and a wide range of activities. Touch Here Too V2 focuses on the needs of children with profound and multiple disabilities. It has been specifically designed to provide both visual stimulation and targeting practice as users move and click the mouse (or joystick or touch screen).
