In our everyday life we are faced with problems that need to be solved. As a communication partner, part of our role is to act as facilitators or coaches to support the children, adolescents and adults we interact with learn how to deal with problems that may arise in their daily lives.
The purpose of this manual is to provide the communication partners with a step-by-step problem solving process that they can use to develop a working alliance with the individual so that they can both work together in attacking the problem and coming up with solutions.
