This version of the VoiceText Voices is designed to work only with Kurzweil 3000 for Windows.
Kurzweil Educational Systems is pleased to offer two new high-quality voices to complement Kurzweil 3000 for Windows Version 8. The VoiceText voices, one male and one female, are from NeoSpeech, Inc. VoiceText is the software solution for generating extremely natural sounding voices from text input.
The VoiceText Add-On is available for purchase by customers of Kurzweil 3000 Version 8 only and is also compatible with Kurzweil 3000 Version 8’s new Create Audio File option, so users can listen to books, assignments and notes while on the go.
Large Extensible Dictionary
Hundreds of thousands of pronunciations are included in the default dictionary of each of the supported languages. VoiceText supports customisation of the dictionary so that users can adjust pronunciations of symbols, abbreviations and new terms.
Expressive Control
Pitch, speed, volume, and pauses can be customised, both dynamically and by default.
